What can I say – St Regis – you never fail me! The hotel is new (around 2 years old) and all rooms and suites are luxurious and very comfortable.

Location

Great central location right next door to the Four Seasons and Grand Hyatt. Looks like all the trendy kittens have gathered in this small area of Bangkok. A few nice shopping centres are right on your doorstep – very conveneint.

Accommodation

I made a reservation over the phone and have advised of my Platinum status to the Front Desk Manager. I was advised that upgrade to a suite won’t be an issue and as a pleasant surprise we got a suite with a great view too.

Higher category suites look out onto of the golf course. These suites are spacious, luxurious, furnished with very expensive taste and immaculate attention to detail. We loved the silver bedside tables, crystal lamps and ornate mirrors.

Spacious marble bathrooms have double vanities and beautiful designer baths.

Dining

The breakfast is Fantastic. It has a true 5 star selection of freshly squeezed juices, smoothies, sashimi, and anything else your heart might desire! .

For dinner look no further than super trendy Zuma,  located downstairs. It is a globally acclaimed restaurant with presence in Dubai, London, Miami, Istanbul and now Bangkok.  The cuisine is modern Japanese restaurant with a DJ and great atmosphere.

Zuma has a great vibe, fashionable cowd and a DJ who plays dance tunes into the late night. The prices are quite expensive for Bangkok but the experience is worth it!

Facilities

Small but pretty black stone pool with a view of the golf course is beautiful.

24 hour gym is located o a high floor and has spectacular views of the city

And Elemis Spa is just a cherry on top. We didn’t get to try it this time but it looks spectacular.

All In All – St Regis Bangkok is a fantastic hotel! The best hotel in Bangkok in our opinion. Especially for Starwood Platinum guests as the upgrades and treats we received make the stay so much more memorable!
