The Lux Traveller recommends oceanfront two-bedroom apartments on a high floor. All apartments come with balconies, perfect for enjoying famous Queensland sunshine, kitchens with a washing machine and dryer, and, of course, uninterrupted ocean views.
North side of Surfers is a quieter part, so for those who like to be close to action but not in the midst of it, Rhapsody would suit very well. There isn’t a restaurant in the hotel yet, but there are multiple beach cafes to choose from minutes walk away.
Hotel facilities are comfortable and functional. There is a swimming pool and a spa on the ground floor, small gym and communal space for guests’ gatherings on level 36 and free car park. Reception stays open till 10pm and daily service can be included with the room booking.

Lower floor apartments get traffic noise; would recommend booking only a high floor. Also, assistance with luggage would be much appreciated; currently guests have to move their bags to / from the room themselves.
